Delete your Pawly account

You can permanently delete your account directly inside Pawly. Your account and associated information are deleted together and cannot be restored.

Request deletion in the app

  1. Open Pawly and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open Me, then select Account and safety.
  3. Select Account and privacy, then Delete account.
  4. Review the deletion information, verify the request, type DELETE, and select Permanently delete account.
Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed.

What the request covers

  • Account details and pet profiles.
  • Photos, posts, comments, answers, and created playdates.
  • Messages, reports, feedback, and other account information.
  • Current playdate participation and unused diamond balance.
  • Local Pawly session data after you sign out; uninstalling removes app-local media copies from that device.

Cannot access the app?

Email magnusthomsen95@icloud.com from the address associated with your Pawly account. Include “Account deletion request” in the subject. Do not include your password.

We may request reasonable verification before acting on an email request so another person cannot delete your account.
